I’ve bought many vehicles in my time, and very few experiences were problem free. But finally, a dealer that helped restore some sanity in my view of car dealerships! As we all know car dealerships are the worst of the worst in the business ecosystem, and “World Class Motors” was able to restore my faith in this “Mafia style” business. “World Class Motors” has an excellent customer service and responsiveness, Folks there are very customer friendly, very interested in you in as an individual, especially the Owner/Manager Israel. As I was looking for a car for my teen daughter, Israel showed me a collection of really nice cars in his lot. Unfortunately, they were all above our budget, so we did not buy a car from him, BUT, here is the kicker, Israel was kind enough to check out my other options as I had two more cars to look at, at two other different dealerships. He pulled the listings and actually helped me pick one of the other two I was interested in based on his knowledge of those cars. Now that’s what I call “STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE” We had such a great experience at this dealership that we kept on chatting about cars and the business and I mentioned that I was in the process of looking for full size spare tire for my wife’s 2024 Acura. And you guessed it, Israel grabbed his phone and called his supplier asking for a tire. Within two minutes his supplier said that those rims are hard to come by, but he would get me one by next week. And just like that, I didn’t have to spend weeks looking for a spare and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Israel made sure I had everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He doesn’t know it yet, but I now have a dealership I can trust, and will use for all my family’s future automotive needs. “World Class Motors” worked very hard to earn my trust, they were very professional and courteous, they made me feel welcome and appreciated, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle! “World Class Motors” Good dealership made better by genuine and caring people.

When I tell you that this man is a great amazing guy he is I wanted to buy a car from him, but I only had $600 so I went on Turo to pick out a vehicle for work and I found this little car BMW and when I go to pick it up, it was actually too small. He traded it out for a SUV which was way more than what I could afford, but because I’m a single mom with three kids trying to make it he make the price even out for me. It took us a while to do that, but just to sit and have a conversation with him while he’s doing that change was amazing. I’m locked in with him for life.i can’t wait to be Able to actually purchase a car from him thank you Izzy. You guys please go purchase a car from him. You will not regret it. My engine died on my car and I needed a rental decided to get a Turo from World Class Motors was able to connect with Izzy who made the process easy and cost effective. I mentioned why I was renting and he assured me he could get me and my husband in a car. He was able to find us a car that was perfect for my family and went above and beyond to assist us in getting qualified. When the bank gave him pushback he stood firm and we now have a 23 Malibu with low mileage and great financing. I highly recommend working with Izzy and his beautiful wife they keep their word and work hard for their customers.
